10. You will need to enter a NON-GMAIL account in the box provided and then tap on Send Verification Email. Your Gmail account will not be deleted unless you do this.

11. An email will be sent to the email you provided, containing a link that will complete the Gmail account deletion process, open the email account and click on the delete link.

12. Enter the Gmail address and account password of the Gmail account you want to delete on Android.

13. Tick Yes, below and then tap on DELETE GMAIL.
